ANZAC Biscuits



Ingredients:




1 cup of flour


1 cup of caster sugar


1 cup of rolled oats


1 cup of desiccated coconut


¼ cup of golden syrup


125 grams of butter


½ teaspoon of baking soda


1 tablespoon of boiling hot water






Instructions:





First turn your oven on at 180 degrees.


Line your baking tray with baking paper


put one cup of flour into a bowl


Then put in a cup of caster sugar into the bowl


Next put a cup of rolled oats in to the bowl


And then put the coconut into the same bow


Then mix it all together


Put your 125 grams of butter into a saucepan and put your golden syrup into the same pan and then mix it all together


Mix baking soda with hot water and mix it together


And then put it into that saucepan with the butter and syrup and mix it


And then add the wet stuff into the bowl with the dry stuff nd mix it all together


Then wash your hands and mix it with your hands


Then roll them into little balls and place them on the tray


Then get a cup and flatten the dough with the bottom of the cup


And then put it into the tray and wait


And when you are waiting make sure to clean up your mess


Then take you biscuits out of the oven


And let them cool down


And then you can eat them
