- This is how you make Spaghetti Bolognese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g beef mince
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 100 g carrot, grated
- 2 x 400 g tin chopped tomatoes
- 400 m stock (made from a stock cube. Ideally beef, but any will do)
- 400 g dried spaghetti
- salt and pepper
